The Client: A fast growing Enterprise services provider for providing MIS, ERP, SFA and other key systems to the Japanese markets.

Business Challenges: The client has invested heavily into enterprise systems technology and is serving customers to their highest satisfaction. It has multiple locations in Japan for developing software solutions. However, a unified Time management system was not in place to provide accurate data on employee work schedules and log sheets. Consequently it presented a challenge to compute salaries too. Therefore it approached Acty system to provide a software solution that enhances enables a easy time sheet management system for users and management to keep track of the working hour details.

The Solution: In consultation with the group leaders, Acty System designed a framework that would improve the logging and tracking of working schedules for its employees and the same can be worked upon to compute salaries.
