Acty System - Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts on the basis of the information you provide us with. You can make note of a few tips that can improve your chances of proceeding to the next stage.

  1. Make sure your resume is well organized and easily understandable.
  2. Your experience, education and qualifications should be preferably listed in reverse chronological order.
  3. Keep a clear picture in your mind of the job for which you are applying, and the skills you have that most closely match the requirements.
  4. Ensure that your resume is up to date.
  5. Proof read and spell check the document thoroughly.

Upon receiving your application, our team of recruiters will evaluate your application and assess your skills and experience for the vacancy you applied for. Applicants who pass through this evaluation process will be short-listed and invited to participate in interviews, which includes personal and technical queries. The date, time and place of the interview will be informed to you well in advance. A qualified team consisting members of Japanese and Indian partners will conduct these interviews. After moving through the entire recruitment process, we will determine if you as a candidate fit our organizational goals, objectives and corporate culture. Successful candidates will have an employment offer extended to them.
